Austinite Garrett Weber-Gale, who won two gold medals in swimming at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, was the driving force behind a fundraiser dinner on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at the test kitchen of David Bouley in lower Manhattan. He invited chef friends Bouley, Daniel Boulud, Daniel Humm, Tom Colicchio and Florian Bellanger to create a meal featuring "world class food with a healthy twist."
