Because of the many cultures of the families of Islamic faith that are enrolled in the school, the meals usually vary from one culture to another. For Eid the Renaissance Academy served Moroccan style beef with dates and almonds, with rice and a salad for Iftar and also had a Henna Bazaar on the school campus in Austin, Texas on Saturday August 27, 2011.
